She prescribes a proactive strategy with emphasis on competitive applications and affordability in the nursing school search strategy that is developed.

Fallon is a Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner working in clinical research with underserved patient populations in the community health setting. She has worked in nursing for 10+ years, has received many scholarships and leadership awards and wants to inspireΒ the next generation of black nurse leaders.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again. You will need to know if you have specific goals or will need general support and accountability to know which coaching package is best.


How do I schedule my appointments?

Directly after enrolling in a coaching plan, you'll be able to schedule your first appointment.


What are the days and times or coaching sessions?

Available coaching times are in the evenings on weekdays T, Th, F from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. CST, W from 12-8pm CST. On weekends, coaching is available Saturday* from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. CST and Sunday* from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. CST.

*earlier or later times may be accommodated by special request and dependent on availability. These time may be subject to change, which will be discussed with current coaching clients if needed.


How are documents shared and reviewed?

To keep everything in one place, if the student would like/needs to share transcripts, resumes, etc, a shareable link or upload may be placed under the coaching package your are enrolled. This keeps us from having to search for an email, that we may not remember when it was sent or having to remember the subject line of the email or which email address your documents were shared. We can make comments about attached documents in this area for you to review as well.


How will I know next steps in between coaching sessions?

To keep everything in one place, students will receive a milestone message within our Teachable school. This keeps from having to search for an email that you don't remember when it was sent or having to remember the subject line. Students may make comments and attached documents in this area. There may be text message and DM communication on social media during specified hours as well.


Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
