About the Instructor
Fallon M. Flowers, MSN, BS, RN, WHNP-BC
also known as the "Black Pre-nursing coach" where she strives to achieve the goal for black aspiring nurses to be prepared, organized and inspired in their application to nursing school. She prescribes a proactive strategy with emphasis on competitive applications and affordability in the nursing school search strategy that is developed.
Fallon is a Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner working in clinical research with underserved patient populations in the community health setting. She has worked in nursing for 10+ years, has received many scholarships and leadership awards and wants to inspire the next generation of black nurse leaders.
